The Triple Crown Blackberry is an erect bush that grows to heights of 4-8′ with spreads up to 4-5′. It’s a vigorous upright, but orderly and easy bush to maintain. It’s a sturdy plant that can handle pounds of large juicy sweet berries that can be picked for over 4-5 weeks. You will enjoy the firm, nutritious berries as a snack or instant dessert; and they’re superb in a pie, mousse or sorbet.
Plant in loamy, most, well drained soil. Tolerates sandy soils, does well on East and West Coasts. Recommended soil pH should be between 6.0 – 6.8. Self fruiting. Ripens from July 10 to about August 10 in most areas.
Full sun is recommended.
